Therapeutic Massage
Where tired muscles let go and the mind follows.

Therapeutic Massage
City life has a way of settling into your shoulders. Our therapeutic massage at Nu Body Spa gives you a quiet hour to set the day aside, breathe deeply, and reconnect with your body. In a warm private room on our fourth floor, skilled hands work through the knots of a busy week with slow, unhurried care.
Every session is shaped around what your body needs most. Choose a focused neck-and-shoulder massage to ease desk-day stiffness, a full-body massage that relaxes you from head to toe, hot stones that carry gentle warmth deep into tired muscles, or an aromatherapy massage with natural essential oils that calms both body and mind.
Each visit lasts 60 to 90 minutes in a softly lit private room, with soothing music and a gentle fragrance in the air. There is nothing to prepare — simply arrive, unwind, and let yourself rest. Our therapists will help you leave feeling lighter, looser, and more balanced. Results may vary from person to person.

Your visit, step by step
Consultation
Your therapist chats with you about where tension tends to build, your daily routine and what you would like from the session, then recommends the most suitable style and pressure level.
Settling in
We guide you to your private room, where you change into soft spa attire and enjoy a brief warm foot soak, letting your body slow down before the massage begins.
The massage
For 60 to 90 minutes, your therapist blends kneading and acupressure-inspired strokes with hot stones or essential oils, moving through each area of tension and adjusting the pressure to your comfort.
Rest and aftercare
Afterwards, take your time with a cup of warm tea. Your therapist shares simple tips for staying relaxed at home, from gentle stretches to drinking plenty of water, and suggests a rhythm for future visits.
Frequently asked questions
Who is therapeutic massage suitable for, and which areas can it focus on?
It suits most people — especially office workers with tight necks and shoulders, active bodies that need time to recover, or anyone simply craving deep relaxation. You can focus on the neck, shoulders and back, or enjoy a head-to-toe full-body session. If you are pregnant or have a health concern, please let us know beforehand so we can advise the best option for you.
How soon will I notice a difference?
Many guests feel noticeably lighter and more relaxed right after their first visit. If tension has been building for months, that sense of ease usually deepens with regular sessions. Every body responds a little differently, so give yourself time to enjoy the process.
How long is a session, and how many should I book?
Sessions run 60 or 90 minutes, whichever you prefer. To keep tension from creeping back, many guests visit once or twice a week or choose a course of five to ten sessions. We are happy to suggest a rhythm that fits your schedule.
Is there any downtime or special aftercare?
None at all — you can return to your day straight away. We simply recommend drinking plenty of warm water, skipping intense exercise and very hot showers for a few hours, and giving yourself a little quiet time to enjoy the calm.
